Order Cancellation & Refunds: You may request to cancel an order from your account. If the order has not yet been shipped, or if it is cancelled within 2 hours of being placed, you will receive a full refund. If the order has already been shipped (in transit), the shipping charge is deducted and the remaining amount is refunded, and a return is initiated to collect the parcel. Once an order is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to reflect. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
